Every time I pick up a camera, I know there is a chance to capture something special. Whether that is special to me, special to someone else, or special in history. These little moments in time that we never get back, never can recreate, but always want to remember are the moments I live for, and the ones I love to capture.

While I was originally born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, having graduated from the University of Virginia (Wahoowa!) and now having spent the majority of the past 15 years living in the Richmond area, I am proud to call Virginia home. It has been here that I found and grew my passion as a photographer and filmmaker and met the many incredible people that have helped me along the way.
When I filmed my very first wedding in Charlottesville in 2016, I had no plan of doing it again, yet at the same time something clicked in a way few things had before. Now with a few years of experience, I look back on that wedding and how far I have come and wish this passion was one I stumbled upon sooner! For me, it is both an honor and a privilege to be asked to capture one of the most important days in a couple’s lives, and the biggest guarantee you’ll have with me is that I will do everything in my power to make your day one that you can cherish forever.
